Benefits for temporary employees ofthecareerfinders:
Holiday Pay - thecareerfinders offers holiday pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 1,000 hours. You will receive a day of pay at your current hourly pay rate, for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.*
Vacation Pay -thecareerfindersoffers vacation pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 5,000 hours. You will receive five days pay at your current hourly pay rate.*
Tuition Reimbursement -thecareerfindersoffers tuition reimbursement to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 800 hours. We will reimburse you $100 per course, for every course that is related to our areas of placement (finance, accounting, human resources, etc.) with a grade of C or better (must provide transcript and receipt of tuition payment).*
*Only full-time employees are eligible for TCF benefits and are subject to certain conditions.
